This material has good corrosion resistance and aesthetic properties, and the thickness of the color steel plate is generally between 0.4mm-1.2mm. In addition, there are also rain covers made of fiberglass material. It has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, etc., and can adapt to various complex environments.
Shape and structure: It is usually in the shape of a circular arc. This shape is scientifically designed, with high mechanical pressure resistance, and the adjacent hoods are tightly engaged, providing excellent waterproof and windproof performance. Installation method: First, weld the connecting angle iron or Z-shaped steel on the two side channels or small angle irons of the conveyor frame. Then, install the rain cover from one end of the frame to the other end in a "V" shape, pressing the open-close cover on the two adjacent fixed covers on the left and right, with a overlap length of one or two wave distances. Place the hinged side on the non-passing side of the conveyor and the lockable side on the side where people often stand. Finally, use hooks to fix the rain cover on the connecting angle iron or Z-shaped steel. Each cover needs to be fixed with 4 hooks, and an observation window can be installed every 10 covers.
